Breathing is something we do constantly, yet many people find that when they begin to pay attention to it, it doesn’t always feel easy, natural, or supportive.

You may notice that your breath feels shallow, held, or inconsistent — especially during moments of stress, discomfort, or physical effort. For some, breathing exercises can even feel frustrating or unfamiliar, particularly if they’ve been asked to “do it correctly” without really understanding what their body needs.

At BounceBack, Breathwork is approached gently and without pressure. There is no single correct way to breathe, and no expectation to force or control the breath. Instead, sessions create space to explore how your breathing is currently functioning, and how it connects to movement, posture, and the way your body responds to tension.

Breath is often the starting point for helping the body feel more settled and supported. As awareness develops, many people begin to notice subtle changes — not only in how they breathe, but in how they move, stabilise, and experience their bodies more generally.

Where appropriate, breathwork is integrated with Pilates and other supportive therapies, allowing each session to respond to what your body needs at that time.

If you are curious about working with your breath in a way that feels guided, individual, and unforced, you are welcome to explore this further.
