For over 20 years, Fiona Hardie has helped people move, heal, and reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe, personal, and empowering. She believes every body is unique, and each client deserves care that is tailored to their needs, pace, and experiences.
At BounceBack, Fiona combines Pilates, hands-on therapies, Massage, Reflexology, and Breathwork into a holistic approach. Every session begins with gentle assessment and guidance, helping clients understand how their bodies move, why aches or patterns develop, and how to respond in a way that feels natural and supportive.

Fiona’s philosophy is simple: healing works best when clients are seen, heard, and empowered. By creating a safe, understanding space, she helps people explore movement, release tension, and strengthen their bodies at a pace that feels right for them.
Her lifelong passion for the human body began with formal study in Personal Training at ETA (Exercise Teacher’s Academy), followed by advanced work in Special Populations and Pilates. Over the years, she has expanded her knowledge through workshops and training in fascia, flexibility, muscle activation, Anatomy Trains, Thai Yoga Massage, Sports Massage, and Lomi Lomi massage, blending these modalities to support each client’s unique journey.
Fiona is also a Therapeutic Reflexologist with a focus on Meridians and Acupressure, and is currently training as a Breathwork practitioner with Breathwork Africa. She believes that ongoing education and personal growth are essential for any therapist who wants to provide the best, most compassionate care.
